Freeze Dried Ginger Powder

I get our Ginger from a Certified Organic Farm in Kauai. They ship it the day it's harvested and we get it overnight, ensuring the highest quality product available. Our Ginger dissolves in water does not clump up like dehydrated herbs. This makes it excellent in tea, or iced water or iced carbonated water with a little lemon. This ginger pairs well with our Turmeric that comes from the same farm.
We use only Certified Organic and non GMO Herbs in all of our products!
Use our Freeze Dried herbs just as you would
Fresh Herbs. If a recipe calls for 1 tablespoon fresh, use 1 tablespoon Freeze Dried.

Why use Freeze Dried Herbs over Dehydrated?
Nutrition. Freeze drying maintains nearly all of the nutritional value of fresh food. Other methods of preservation, such as canning and dehydrating, use high temperatures that destroy much of the food value. Canned retains about 69% of nutrients and dehydrated only about 40%, while Freeze Drying retains nearly all and last over 20 years.
Also Concentrated Taste, Same Nutrition as fresh. The flavour of freeze-dried herbs is more concentrated, and what sets freeze drying apart from other methods of plant preservation is that it doesn't use any heat. Heat lowers the nutritional values of the plant, so not applying heat means your herbs hold virtually the same nutrients, minerals and vitamins as they did when they were fresh. Plus, you have the reassurance that your herbs are completely free of additives and preservatives.
Apart from nutritional values, freeze drying does not affect the colour or shape of your plants. Amazingly, you would not be able to see or taste any difference between herbs that were freeze dried 7 years ago from those freeze dried 7 days ago!
